- The documents in this drawer are organized in four separate folders: The information for managers folder contains information sheets and power point presentations providing basic facts about HIV/AIDS, how it is transmitted, common misconceptions, how it can be prevented and how it affects the workplace. Managers and supervisors should be the first ones to be educated about HIV/AIDS. The power point presentations provide a visual aid and offer key points from the information sheets. The folder also contains a template to help companies draft their own workplace programs. The last folder contains two examples of successful programs in China and Thailand.
