>>Tool Folder Introduction
- Gender issues have a profound influence on the spread of HIV. This power point provides a summary introduction of the gender dimensions of HIV/AIDS and how it impacts the workplace in particular. We recommend that this presentation be viewed first by managers and supervisors and should be followed by small group discussions with a moderator. It can also be shown during company HIV/AIDS workshops. The small group discussions should be divided by gender and should take place with the help of an expert moderator or facilitator.
